Joining the Embodied Detox is not about finding another “copy-paste” plan or “roadmap to success”. Nope. It’s about finding the courage to connect with yourself above all else in a safe space. When we feel emotional supported and learn the methods to heal our deeply rooted subconscious fears and wounds, our physical body heals 10000 times better. We blend functional lab insights with nervous system regulation techniques like subconscious reprogramming, cycle syncing and somatic healing to help you embody your best self.

  • Upon starting the membership, you’ll feel the warmth and encouragement of the community cheering you on.

  • You’ll start the year by getting extreme clarity on why you want to commit to yourself. On where you’re headed. On how you’ll get there.

  • Whether we’ve worked together before or not, get a plan in place for your unfiltered essentials: supplements, fitness plans, nutrition goals, labs, etc. Map out the year with your health as a top priority.

  • Each month the Embodied Detox will push you to evolve, grow and move through challenges with grace (& a whole lotta support).

PROGRAM FAQ

  • This really depends on what you are looking to gain from the membership. There are multiple (usually 4) group calls monthly covering the same content. I encourage attending one. The rest is about remanagment of your energy, so what you spend it on, moves the needle forward.

  • Some labs should be rechecked every 3-12 months while incorporating targeted protocols. However, ordering labs and re-ordering labs is not required.

  • Nope. The membership is all about discovering that’s right for you. If you feel good about your movement routines, totally fine.

What is subconscious reprogramming? Who is it for?

The subconscious mind was most developed from the age of 0-7 by taking in all kinds of information like a sponge. It is also heavily impacted by your parents and even past generations in your lineage. Neuroscience has shown that trauma can be passed down in our DNA.

By understanding how the subconscious mind stores the “Soul Wounds”, developed by Lise Bourbeau, Kelli’s clients are able to move beyond using “willpower” to change behaviors and beliefs and instead change them at the root of where they were created.

Subconscious reprogramming is for anyone seeking to better understand themselves, improve their health, relationships, career and more. It can be seen as an energetic and spiritual practice, but as with anything backed by science, it does not have to be viewed this way.

Changing beliefs = changing cellular responses = changing the physical healing energy available

As a lifelong athlete, I know the value of accountability and coaching. I know the value of having others on the same journey of growth to push me. There have been so many times in my journey, where I would not have been able to take the action, complete the workout or learn the skill if it weren’t for the encouragement of those around me. I’m so excited to bring this support to you in a unique, holistic format that I feel is truly missing from the fitness and wellness space.

As a registered dietitian I practice what’s called functional medicine. Many people think functional medicine is just about giving supplements, which is far from the truth. It’s all about helping you determine the root cause of health struggles whether that’s weight loss, hormone imbalances or inflammation. I approach wellness differently focusing on key micronutrients through proper testing. I approaching nutrition & movement as practically as possible to set you up for success and confidence! I work with individuals who are ready to take major action and be all in for their themselves. The journey is not just about getting a supplement plan but about becoming a version of yourself that shows up for the hard changes, releases habits which are no longer serving you and withholds strong boundaries.
