the process

While the membership is extremely flexible depending on where you’re at in your journey, here’s the process most choose to follow.

  • When you purchase your membership you’ll receive an on-boarding email within 2-3 days. Then you’re able to book your first Power Call where we start diving into your goals, nutrition plan, etc.

  • Let Kelli know when you’re ready to order your panel (this could be right away or a few months in. You’ll receive a kit from Vibrant America and take it to a local clinic or blood draw site near you. You’ll complete mineral tests at home. More instructions will be sent in an email. Labs are HSA/FSA eligible.

  • Receive a detailed explanation of your labs and a personalized treatment plan. Depending on results and current symptoms, Kelli will help you gain more clarity on additional tests that may be helpful in the future.

  • At Unfiltered Nourishment we realize health is so much more than a “3 Month Transformation”. We support for your whole being, for however long or short you need it. No weird contracts, no questions asked.

As a registered dietitian I practice what’s called functional medicine. Many people think functional medicine is just about giving supplements, which is far from the truth. It’s all about helping you determine the root cause of health struggles whether that’s weight loss, hormone imbalances or inflammation. I approach wellness differently focusing on key micronutrients through proper testing. I approaching nutrition & movement as practically as possible to set you up for success and confidence! I work with individuals who are ready to take major action and be all in for their themselves. The journey is not just about getting a supplement plan but about becoming a version of yourself that shows up for the hard changes, releases habits which are no longer serving you and withholds strong boundaries.

PROGRAM FAQ

  • Kelli created the membership as a flexible resource for knowledge, guidance and accountability. As you learn and focus on different aspects of your health, you will gain a sense of power in your own health and healing. It is no different than 1:1 coaching other than the frequency we meet. Members have one individual coaching call each week and can join the live group zooms each week if they want to.

  • Kelli recommends first learning the foundations before ordering blood work. However she does commonly see many markers out of optimal range in her clients. She has an “initial panel” you can order if you want a baseline. Some labs should be rechecked every 3-12 months while incorporating targeted protocols.

  • Yes! You will become part of a community & keep access to the modules as Kelli adds new ones for future programs. Kelli will have a Facebook group for all members present & future to connect and share along their journey.

  • You’ll be guided through the course via email check-ins and module summaries to help solidify key points at a rate that allows you to get through everything in 12 weeks if you’re highly motivated! But no worries if you have a busy schedule, you can go at whatever pace works best for you.

  • No. The membership is all about creating a plan that’s right for you. If you feel good about your movement routines or want to take small steps and focus first on nutrition, that’s totally fine.

  • Yes. Kelli will create a treatment plan for you based on your current health needs and discuss with you whether she recommends starting with Tier 1 or Tier 2. For example she may recommend three months of Tier 2 to support gut healing before you go back to Tier 1.
