I’m Kelli

I’m a Registered Dietitian, personal trainer, health nerd. I also love talking about all things hormones and gut health. I grew up as an athlete and have been in love with fitness & nutrition ever since. While I love being active, in college I realized my body was under a lot of stress. Both my mental and physical health began to give off red flags. With irregular & painful periods, cystic acne flares, anxiety, constant hunger & cravings, I began researching and changing one habit at a time. I was studying exercise science and nutrition in school, but learning how to apply these things to my health (& other human’s) has been a journey.

Changes to my exercise, nutrition & stress management have led to immense healing of my hormones and gut. I have learned to incorporate mind-body modalities to calm my nervous system. My favorites include affirmations, meditation & acupuncture.

I believe we should love the food we eat and not live in a restrictive mindset. Balance looks different for all of us. I’m all for wine nights with my girls & all the chips & queso. But I’m learning to have healthier outlets for my emotions & stress, so I’m better able to choose the foods that nourish me (& keep my symptoms under control).

    Emily, a cherished friend and former client of Kelli’s, embodies the vision and values of Unfiltered Nourishment through commitment to her own healing journey. Her path to self-love and inner child healing has been nurtured through practices like yoga, connecting with nature, journaling, spirituality, and mentorships. During her time working with Kelli, Emily expanded her understanding of intuitive eating and discovered the profound healing powers of whole foods in supporting her nervous system, gut health, and overall well-being.

    As an elementary school teacher, Emily has a unique gift for communication and inspiring others. She now serves as a mindset mentor for Unfiltered Nourishment, helping clients overcome limiting beliefs, commit to daily habits, and reconnect with their bodies—key steps in moving through and releasing trauma.

    ESTHETICIAN

    Savannah shares Unfiltered Nourishment’s passion for helping women feel confident and empowered in their own skin. With a deep belief in using only the highest quality products and ingredients, she has developed her own skincare line focused on natural, effective solutions. As a licensed esthetician, Savannah offers virtual skin consultations and assessments to Unfiltered Nourishment clients, providing expert guidance for those struggling with acne and other skin concerns.

  • Non-Diet Approaches: I provide nutrition education without boxing my clients into one specific diet, but rather through principles of whole, unprocessed foods, macronutrient and micronutrient variety and food as  a form of self care. 

  • Reversing Insulin Resistance: My goal is to spread awareness about the epidemic of insulin resistance contributing to fertility issues (PCOS, Endometriosis, anovulation), weight gain, anxiety and depression.
