I’m Kelli
I’m a Holistic Dietitian and Mindset Coach. I’m forever a student of women’s health, hormones, and the beautiful connection between the mind, body and spirit.
I grew up as an athlete and fell in love with movement, nourishment, and the feeling of becoming stronger, but beneath the surface, my body was asking for deeper support. In college, I began experiencing painful and irregular cycles, cystic acne, anxiety, constant cravings, and the feeling that my body was stuck in survival mode.
While studying exercise science and nutrition, I realized true healing wasn’t just about knowing what to eat or how to work out. It was about learning how to feel safe in my body again.
Through intentional changes to my nutrition, movement, stress management, and nervous system health, I experienced profound healing in both my hormones and gut health. Along the way, I fell in love with more feminine, mind-body healing practices like subconscious reprogramming, meditation, acupuncture, and learning how to slow down enough to truly listen to my body.
I believe wellness should feel nourishing, empowering, and sustainable, not restrictive or obsessive. Healing is not about perfection. It’s about creating a lifestyle that supports your body, your energy, your emotions, and the woman you’re becoming.
Now, I’m on a mission to help women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, heal from the root cause, and feel radiant, confident, feminine, and fully alive again.
