Programs
Created to fit all levels of your journey
Level 1 programs are for those focusing on building confidence in your balance, strength with dumbbells, bands and learning form to prevent injury with more strenuous movements. Exercises will all be seated or standing, no floor work.
Level 2 programs are for those ready for free weights and more single leg exercises. More floor work included here. HIIT training optional.
Level 3 programs are for those experienced with form (squat, RDL, deadlift, hip thrust) and ready to lift heavier, including drop sets. Workouts include dumbbells, barbells. HIIT training (but recommended).
Step 1: Purchase your app membership with the link below. If you don’t absolutely love the app after 1 month, email Kelli at hello@kellikhanson.com and she’ll be sure to get you a refund!
Step 2: Download the Unfiltered Nourishment App in the App Store (it will appear as a free app, you will need to purchase your membership through Kelli’s website to receive an active account setup link).
Step 3: Choose a lifting program from below. Note: The 8-16 week Programs making up a Series are meant to be followed in order to help you progress over time, however, if you feel you would like to skip part of the series you can do so, it’s as easy as messaging Kelli in the app and letting her know. We are all about supporting what will help you stay consistent and get stronger! You can always switch between programs, however you can only have one program in the app at a time. Some programs will come with “Add-On Programs” for additional HIIT workouts.
Step 4: Receive an email to verify account and set your password + more information about how to use the app. Also check out Kelli’s YouTube for some demo’s.

Two Ways to Lift, One Goal: Getting Stronger
What’s the difference between “Traditional” and “Tabata”?
🔹 Traditional Strength Training – Move through exercises one at a time, focusing on form and strength. You'll take rest as needed between sets. This option allows you more flexibility to add in reps or holds for an extra challenge. This is the option for you if you want to be more precise with keeping track of the weight you use, since you’ll be able to input it after each exercise.
🔹 Guided Tabata Workouts – Are you a fitness class lover? Let the app guide you through workouts with built-in rest periods. These sessions keep you moving efficiently while still building strength. My beginner strength trainers love these because they can start the workout and not have to pick up their phone again (You can still pause if needed). Tabata style does not work as well for Level 2-3 strength programs but will be used in HIIT workouts.
Aligned Strength Series: Level 1
For the strong-at-heart (but maybe not in form—yet!). Whether you’re brand new to lifting, easing back in after pregnancy or injury, or just want to build a solid foundation, this series is your perfect starting point. We’ll focus on proper form, balance, and gradually increasing your fitness routine—without the overwhelm.
🔥 What to expect: Workouts have a mix of bodyweight moves, dumbbells and bands to help you feel strong, confident, and ready to level up!
At-home equipment can be found in Kelli’s Amazon storefront (there’s just a few exercises with these, so no worries if you don’t have them!)

Whether you’re new to strength training or returning after pregnancy or injury, this program helps you build a strong foundation without the overwhelm. If you’ve done a squat or plank before, you’re good to go—but don’t worry, modifications are always available!
🔥 What to expect: Learn proper form, improve balance, and ease into heavier lifting at a pace that works for you. You’ll start with free weights and machines (with alternatives provided) and work your way up to barbell confidence. No rushing, no pressure—just steady, strong progress!
