    Autoimmune doctor: ruled out Rheumatoid Arthritis, no further answers

    Neurological Specialist: Ran more tests, nothing “abnormal”, you’re fine. Maybe Carpal Tunnel in your wrists. Try taking magnesium, no further direction or monitoring.

    Starts magnesium….symptoms improve. Starts thinking…maybe it’s gut-nutrition related?!

I thought this was the only way to lose weight but inreality that’s just losing weight in an unhealthy way..Also what under-eating looks like..Even though you may be eating three meals a day, you might not be getting the nutrients your body needs.”
