Drawing on her expertise as a Registered Dietitian, community health educator, and personal trainer, Kelli leverages her experiences to empower clients on their health journeys. Through personalized coaching, she navigates clients through the maze of nutrition and exercise misinformation, ensuring they make progress. Kelli incorporates a combination of nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and strategic supplementation to aid clients in achieving weight loss goals and addressing symptoms associated with hormone imbalances like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis and thyroid conditions. One of her favorite parts of coaching is supporting clients in overcoming challenges such as burnout and seld-doubt, fostering their overall well-being.

Kelli's coaching methodology revolves around the concept of small "microhabits" that, when consistently practiced and layered together, yield significant physiological transformations for our well-being.
