Ala carte lab ordering is ideal for clients who have completed at least 3 months of consistent 1:1 coaching and have tested foundational blood labs. An HTMA test is not required but encouraged along with these tests :)
Hair tissue mineral analysis testing provides an over view of nutritional status, digestive capacity, nervous system regulation and toxic elements. It is a great initial lab panel to start personalizing your nutrition plan. It is recommended to retest your HTMA every 3-6 months while healing. MetaOxy test helps us see how well the liver is detoxifying.
For on-going support, join either StrongHer Community or a membership. As a member, you do not have a 6 month minimum requirement, you can cancel at any time. Message me about doing quarterly calls and we can chat about a plan that works best for you with either me or Rachel.

What about on-going HTMA ordering and monitoring?
After your initial HTMA test and analysis, then you can order HTMAs for $99. I’ll send you an email reviewing your results and recommending protocol adjustments. To order a follow up HTMA test, please message or email Kelli, including your updated mailing address.
This year we’ll have monthly group calls, following a schedule of topics with the intention of helping you become holistically fit. All events will be recorded, emailed out and posted in the StrongHer Community Web Page.
