This one’s going to be short and sweet. Just a quick update on the women owned wellness brands I’m using lately (and obsessed with following their inspiring content). Most are product-based brands, a few are Des Moines based services.
Tea Lady
Tea Lady is an herbalist who shares insightful, sassy and femine-rage inspired content on women’s hormones and cycle syncing on the gram. She creates herbal blends for each phase of the cycle and I recently tried her cacao blend. I’ve been loving cacao as a morning drink as I’m doing less caffeine, especially in the luteal phase.

LadyWell
LadyWell had reached out to me to do a collaboration podcast, which has taken me ages to get launched on the UN Pod (it’s coming). I’ve been following Peach Honey on Tiktok for a while and her personality is absolutely hilarious. Her confidence and authenticity inspires me on the daily as a fellow creator. She makes CBD-based products (including blunts to smoke) for relaxing vibes without the hangover or you know, thc. LOVE!

Alllll my clients and friends know how obessessed I am with this app. Just get the app. Life changing. I attended one of Olive’s women’s retreats near Des Moines this year and it was so wonderful. Girls, nature, singing, whole foods, massagaes, yoga. Like the most amazing and beautiful weekend. This is one of the best ways to embody safety in your nervous system, BY DOING!!!
