In this first month we'll work together to create a plan truly personalized to you and your body's symptoms. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the underlying body systems at play and how digestion, nutrients, hormonal shifts, movement and stress play a role in your health. We'll create the overall direction and base for continued progress.
