  • Unfortunately no. Nutrition coaching and counseling sessions and be covered for many of my clients. This depends on your insurance plan and what state you live in. Other options like functional labs, StrongHer Community and even supplements I may recommend are HSA eligible!

  • As a functional dietitian, I consider myself a vital part of my clients healthcare team. Many of my clients see me for years, but there may be breaks in how often we are meeting. Some choose to see me for just a few months to get on the right track.

  • The Embodied Detox program is for my clients who are ready to commit to 6 months of coaching as well as running functional labs.

  • Yes. I help my clients navigate peptides including side effects, types and root cause therapies to go along with them.
