Life spreadsheet & vision board

Use the Life Spreadsheet as your daily, weekly and monthly accountability check-in process. This spreadsheet can be like a virtual journal to stay organized and on track. It’s linked in your Shared Google Folder along with our appointment notes, labs, etc. Throughout your health journey it’s so important to have those things you track that are quantitative (numbers) like: muscle mass/body fat %, PRs (personal records = how heavy can you lift), HRV (Heart Rate Variability = how is your nervous system recovering), blood biomarkers, etc. It can also be helpful to track more qualitative (how we feel) things, such as how in touch we feel with our hunger and fullness, our energy levels, digestion, etc. This spreadsheet can be customized to whatever you need to track. I’d encourage you to set a reminder in your phone to update this spreadsheet at least once a week. You can even use it daily if you want to focus in on a few habits. Periodically, I’ll also be sending you a link to the “Wellness Questionnaire” as a way to assess your progress.

Use the Vision Board template to revisit your vision. I love doing this with the start of a new month, season or even just when the Universe slaps you in the face with a new change like a break up, a job change, or a new opportunity.
