Transformational tools we use Peptides
I partner with companies providing weight loss peptides and herbal GLP-1 activation supplements. These can be an amazing tools for transforming our body composition when used along with the Embodied Detox Program. We teach you about optimizing your muscle mass, meal plans, transitioning off GLP-1 supports and more. These are not required to use. Many of our clients take a bodyneutral approach.
Taking a holistic, mind-body approach is the most effective way to target the root cause of women’s health concerns, especially Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis and autoimmunity. These conditions may co-exist and can present with a constellation of symptoms, both mental and physical. Along with her expertise in nutrition protocols and lifestyle change, Kelli includes an array of services for her 1:1 clients including mindset mentoring, spiritual guidance, individualized mindfulness and yoga trainings, strength programming, expert skin healing recommendations and more. Kelli continues to expand the Unfiltered Nourishment Team for a comprehensive approach to healing.

Can you I use insurance?
Yes!!! Kelli accepts a variety of health insurances through Nourish, however there is no guarantee how many appointments will be covered. You can use HSA for the program, supplements and labs.
What is the structure of 1:1 coaching like?
Kelli likes to explain nutrition and exercise as just a piece in your “health bucket”. So many other factors impact our health including environmental stressors, genetics and mental health. 1:1 nutrition therapy sessions are a time to explore your health and mindset on a deeper level. Kelli is trained in medical nutrition therapy and provides evidence based advice to her clients.
What happens on your first coaching call?
Prior to the first session, Kelli provides multiple questionnaires to assess your medical & mental health history, relationship with food, preferences and other lifestyle factors. During the first 90 minute session she dives deeper into these factors to get even more understanding of how to best support you.
