As a Registered Dietitian, I partner with medical grade supplement companies providing herbal GLP-1 activation supplements and doctors providing weight loss peptides. These can be an amazing tools for transforming our body composition when used along with the Embodied Detox Program. I teach you about optimizing your muscle mass, meal plans, transitioning off GLP-1 supports and more. These are not required to use. Many of our clients take a body neutral, non-weight focused approach.

You can also pair Embodied Detox with functional labs. I highly encourage regular HTMA testing so you can see how your nervous system is responding to your changes (this can be super encouraging to help you stay consistent!).
